Large open kitchen. Large living/dining room. Office.
It's a family home with its own charm and unique features. The dormitory is designed like a children's dormitory, with stacked mattresses placed directly on the floor.
There are two bathrooms with showers and one bathroom with a bathtub. The bathroom with the bathtub has a slightly weak water flow.
Finally, the walls of the small office are victims of the humidity of the surrounding floors, a refresh is to be planned for autumn 2025, thank you for your understanding.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the studio. A TV and speakers are available.
The kitchen table is a breakfast table that seats four. The dining room table is much larger and seats six to eight. The outdoor table seats twelve.
The dishes are old, as are the linens. We ask you to take care of them.
The house is set high above the street and the wall is quite low. Young children should be carefully supervised when outside.
The staircase leading upstairs has a railing on the wall side but not on the "empty" side.
In the dormitory there are games for children, Playmobiles and other things that we leave available. We would be grateful if you could check with your toddlers that these toys stay there 🙂
