Just a 10-15 minute walk from several beaches, including the famous Pointe d'Arradon, this house is the ideal base from which to explore the treasures of the Golfe du Morbihan.
This magnificent, recently-built property is the ideal place for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. With its tasteful decor and top-quality amenities, this house offers all the comforts you need for an enjoyable stay.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the vast, light-filled living room, ideal for sharing convivial moments around the fireplace.
The open-plan kitchen is perfectly equipped for preparing delicious meals with ease.
On the floor, you'll find three cosy bedrooms.
The features a double bed (160 cm) for a peaceful night's sleep.
The second bedroom has two single beds (80 cm), ideal for children or friends.
The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds (80 cm) arranged as a trundle bed, offering a flexible layout.
For your convenience, two bathrooms are available on the floor: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a spacious fourth bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) awaits you, offering a breathtaking view over the lush garden.
An additional bathroom with shower and separate toilet complete this floor, ensuring privacy and comfort for all occupants.
Outside, you can take full advantage of the 450 m² garden and its terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs, the perfect place to relax under the Breton sun.
A small garden at the rear of the house offers a cool space on hot days, with an outdoor shower to refresh you after a day at the beach.
What's more, a 70 m² terrace upstairs offers panoramic views of the surrounding area, the perfect place to sip a drink as the sun goes down.

Bedding is hotel quality. Sheets, towels, household linen and household products are provided.

"Early check-in" (12h instead of 17h) or "late check-out" (18h instead of 11h) are options available up to 10 days before the start of your stay.
These options are available in exchange for a fee of 30% of the average price of a night, except for late check-out on Sunday, when the fee will be 50% of the average price of a night.
In order to continue to guarantee the quality of the accommodation, we ask travelers to exercise the utmost care during their stay:
✘ Parties are not permitted. We have set up an alert system in case of repeated exceeding of the decibel limit (without sound recording).
✘ Exclusive use of the house to travelers who have reserved.
✘ Smoking is not permitted in the house.
✘ The house must be left in order, dishes done and put back in their place, bed linen (comforter cover / sheets / pillowcase) removed and roughly folded, towels collected in the bathroom.
