Bright apartment of 60 M² with balcony located on the 4th floor, with elevator :

- An entrance with closet
- A living room with Balcony, view on street
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room
- Two bedrooms with double bed each (140 cm), overlooking the courtyard
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet.

The outside :
- A balcony
- A garage in a narrow individual box (no suitable for 4 x 4 roof and big cars).
No private parking space outside, paid parking space in the street.

To be noted :
- No wifi. Possibility to rent a mini-box on request = 39 €/week or 6 €/day
- Pets are not allowed
- Please do not smoke in the accommodation
- Bed and toilet linen not provided - Possibility of rental: 15 €/set of sheets or 18 €/set of duvet; Kit of towels (2 towels, 2 bath sheets, 2 towels, 1 bath mat): 18 €, or possibility per unit.
